Forged Products
The forging means that the process by which iron or other metal is heated and hammered into shape. The characteristic of the forging is strength. The higher strength can be obtained because the pore in crystals is compressed by heating and pressurizing metal with the press or the hammer, and the crystals become fine and the density becomes high. In addition, high reliable products can be manufactured,because the mechanical properties such as the tensile strength, the impact value of the product improves by heat treatment after forging.
